Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced the province will not reopen schools for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year, and overnight camps will not be permitted to operate in the summer of 2020. Licensed child-care centres and EarlyON programs will also remain closed through Stage 1 of the province’s reopening plan.
