Episode 4: Learning Through the Crisis

April 24: Crestview Strategy Founding Partner Chad Rogers sat down with Matthew John, the Chief Operating Officer, to discuss lessons that he and the team have learned through the COVID-19 crisis.

Our new normal has caused many of us adapt to working from home, managing teams remotely, and planning for future resiliency. As we approach recovery from the impacts of COVID-19, businesses must be able to project confidence internally and adjust quickly to operational changes.
3 recommendations:
  1. Take time to check in with your team before or after meetings.
  2. Projecting a sense of calmness and getting the job done is important for operations people.
  3. Take the approach to run business as usual. Ignoring non urgent things for a long period of time will make those things urgent later.

1 big shout out!
Queen Elizabeth II and the video messages she has put out on COVID-19, assuring people that we will get through this.
